I bought a starter home in Sanford Fla. of Martain-Zimmerman fame, then sold it after 18 years to move closer to the tourist area of Orlando. Lived in 3 separate condos, all of which I'd paid cash for. House was 40K, 1st condo 25K, 2nd condo 34K(After the Obama rebate), 3rd was 18K in the same complex as condo 1. So I'm a renter now, but live in another city in a non-ghetto area, to avoid the crime...
