Sunbathing for just ONE DAY may increase your risk of heart disease

Researchers studied residents of Lousville Kentucky in the summer heat. They found going from no heat to moderate heat was enough to trigger compounds known to raise heart risk.

I've been sunbathing everyday (whenever there is sun) for the last 10 years or more without applying anything on my skin. Its one of the most wonderful gifts that nature gives us. When the sun comes out of a big cloud, my face literally blossoms with joy.
