In my wife's country,the Philippines they have caught people selling online live sex shows of children, their own, a relative, or a neighbor. They have a great law there in that you are not allowed to be alone with children you aren't related to, but things happen... Occasionally people will call the police if they see a foreigner accompanying a child or children somewhere and the police will investigate.
These days child sexual tourism is common in all the poor countries. Sometimes in the Philippines, the culprit can buy their way out. Sometimes the family or police can salvage the culprit which means extrajudicial killing.
