I was born in the early '80s, and for all of my life, black girls and women have had it drilled into their heads that they are "strong" and "independent" and can basically do no wrong if they follow their feelings. They're always right. I see lots of black women walking around now wearing "black girl magic" shirts because, whatever they do, it's magic. When all you can do is follow blind emotion, especially when most of what you feel is anger, you are in no position to lead. Or be a mother. Or be anything other than a menace to society. Hence, BLM and an end to law and order in every black female-run city.
