Unknown where he is right now. Probably hiding in London if he has not already been captured. Seems like it would be VERY worthwhile to interrogate this guy.

Per his “close ties with the Bush family” he was likely “burned” in 2018 along with the whole Bush-NoName network. He might be old news at this point?
