It's just despicable.
Slow attempted murder is still attempted murder.
After asking around, people don’t think there’s a way to bypass DA’s and file charges directly.
That means the DA is in charge of who can be a criminal or not - the gatekeeper of justice.
Where is the DA’s existence defined in law, can it be undone or bypassed? How did these people come to exist and possess so much power?
