The Q post you linked to comes after Q talked about what 470 meant. He is specifically talking about Special Counsel Huber and the 470 is the number of staff in the DOJ Inspector General's office.

That sounds like a low amount of people working on this many indictments tho, right?
Thanks for pointing that out. Double meanings exist though. 488,000 indictments means that each "investigator" had to handle over 1,000 in the past 5 years.
Seems feasible as it works out to about 1 per work day.
Sealed cases doesn't mean sealed Indictments though.
Lots of types of court filings are sealed and there's no way for outsiders to know which is which.
