This could be true but I'm in the housing industry and I have seen large corporations and blind trusts buying up single family homes outbidding home buyers with cash. I believe they are setting themselves up to own all the homes none of the young people can afford in the future and then turning the screws to them because they own all of the rentals. Imagine the price fixing on rental costs. Evil will make money on anyone's sorrows. They see what's coming.

It's already here. Rental costs in my city have tripled in 4 years. 3 bedroom was 550 to 575 now runs 1200 to 1350
