blackrock is a shitty org pushing diversity & buying the cheap dilapidated homes that house flippers would buy. they are paying back taxes & slapping leins on vacation homes & then accruing interest on those homes, so the owners or if deceaced, family cannot tke ownership. very shitty. they need to hunted down & burnt at the stake
