24-25 per ounce? Let me know when it gets back up near or above 40 like it was around 2012.
This doesn't look like a liftoff to me. Granted the banks have been playing the market for decades now from their PM desks to keep prices artificially low on physical. It's certainly been successful for them for far longer than I ever thought possible.
What happens when it breaks $1,000/oz
Hyperinflation on the path to discovering the true market value of the dollar.
Also something similar to but not necessarily specifically "A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius".
Right. In 2020 it was near 30 an oz.
We just broke 27 with over 500 million oz traded today so far. That's about one years production.
Hell it's still below 2021 top price, I'll get excited when we pass that.
