Eliminating the chevron deference as an argument will make the administrative state (aka bureaucracy) have to actually defend their overreach by proving the law actually authorizes them to regulate in the way they have said it does.
In other words it should knee cap a bunch of BS rules that don't actually stay within the laws passed by congress. And we are already seeing good results out of the removal of the chevron deference argument from the lower courts.
