Not sure how well it works on a phone, but Stellarium Web works great on my PC. There is also an application version available that is more fully featured for Linux, Mac or PC. Free & open source. (Just a heads up.. the website is not secured by https, but the downloads come from Github which is secure).
For the web app, click the time in the bottom right and change the date/time to the eclipse. For the full app, move your mouse to the bottom left to find a pop-out menu. One of the menu items is date/time. You can speed up/slow down time as well.
There is another free app available as well which is billed as a "Space Simulation". Celestia is available for pretty much everything including IOS and Android.
