We have constantly had attacks by the shills screaming the "Q is a Operation Trust" narrative and it was very clear that it was being pushed by the Glowies.
But you have done a good analysis tracking the use of this term and clearly confirms that this is a carefully seeded narrative and not organic at all.

It was a good psyop because it could have been a stand-down order. We still won't know for sure until the masks are all off, but whoever's plan this was, its not going well for the cabal.
