It seems as if a great number of people in powerful position have dual citizenship. How is it even possible for someone to have dual citizenship in the first place. The oath starts out....
"I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen"

Doesn't that mean that they are no longer a citizen of their previous country? It's become clear that that's not what they think. I think that we should make it illegal for anyone that is not a natural born US citizen to hold ANY political office including state and local level offices. I think they have sufficiently demonstrated that they cannot be trusted to put the needs of the US first.
This topic is ever so important. If any anons want an eye opening rabbit hole try this out..... Start with the House, then the Senate. Look into who has dual citizenship anywhere. The attached article will help but is not an end all answer sheet.
Next, separate each dual citizen into individual groups sorted by Country in which the dual citizenship is with. Now, what do you see?
Bonus: In the House and Senate. What religion does each member public state they believe in. Separate into separate groups by religion. What do you see?
The United States has been for a long time considered a Christian Nation. It should go without saying then the majority of representatives then should be Christian. Before haters say I'm a bigot, or any other trope, the people that represent their constituents SHOULD reflect the values of their constituents. Is that what you see?
Let's not leave out the Current Administration. I'm sure they're mostly Christian.....
I'll see myself out......
Could you please provide a link to the "attached article"? I don't see anything attached but I would like to read what you're referring to. Thank you!
I was referencing the attached list, I apologize. It's a decent list of dual folks but it's not complete
I put a link to that page in case you wanted to read the rest of the oath. As far as who has dual citizenship, it comes from reading hundreds of articles. I don't know of a complete list. Just keep your eyes open for them now that you're curious. You'll find them everywhere.
