Came here to point out that they are trying to say cows in Texas tested positive for the bird flu. Once I was able to get the mental picture of a cow and a bird "together" out of my head, I realized that Biden is probably looking for yet another way to punish Texas for slowing down his invasion.

I'm sure he will use this to try to have millions of cattle destroyed just to "teach Texas a lesson".
