Looks like he stepped on something that hurt the way he lifts his right leg up and hops. Thats exactly how I look when I step on one of my grandkids hot wheels or marbles in my stocking feet.

It looked like the fall hurt too. I dont see how anyone could fake that fall unless he was an experienced stuntman.
