They are constantly testing out the waters with people, give them air time here and there to see if they get backing from groups of people or if they can get the voters behind any one of them so they can swap one of them out if they have to. What ever person got the biggest acceptance by their targeted audience since, most of the ones they have tried so far, keep getting major backlash right away.
