So she didn't commit felony wiretapping in Maryland unless she was actually in Maryland.
Both parties need to consent to the Maryland law.
Only if you are in Maryland when you make the recording.
Federal law only requires one party.
GA law only requires one party.
So a person in GA can record a GA to Maryland call.
But the Maryland end needs to consent to the call.
I don't think that is true.

Federal law allows one party consent as does Georgia. If you are in Georgia you are not under the jurisdiction of Maryland.
