I think the Scotsman is correct here. Not sure where DJT was at the time of posting, but the DC or Florida time zone for this would be 13:11.
That said, I don't know that I would classify this sort of thing as a Q proof. Rather, I would label it as a Possible Qction, or maybe Q happening.
It's a pretty interesting correlation, using the word Trip. In this case, an easy play on words. Also, the video stopping at 17 trips, which is a pretty strong Q-ism (aka #17). Then, DJT posting "Updated:" at the head of the post, correlating to "Update" in the original Q post.
This sort of correlation is muich stronger than the Chongqing connections. Firstly, it does NOT require foreknowledge of event 6 years in to the future (A rather wild premise to start with), and secondly, it does not require Q or White Hats or anyone to have caused the event (which in the case of the earthquake is just a wild, aka very stretchy idea as well).
The idea here is not that somehow Q or WHs are causing Biden to trip. Rather, if a bonafide Qction, it only requires that DJT or his team (staff who are posting) be aware of the Q operation, specific core concepts and terms, and then to post in a way that establishes some sort of connection, such as the time stamp.
Purpose: A nod and a wink to anons who are watching, but certainly not a proof in itself, imo.
Far more feasible than the chongqing connection, which was outlandish and uber-stretchy in my opinion. This one is a lot better, because its easier, doesn't require outlandish assertions or assumptions, and make sense logically.
I'm not a big fan of these sorts of "proofs", but in terms of plausibility this one leaves that other one far behind. But not a proof. We don't need proofs now. Already far too many 'proofs' out there. DJT's team playing WWG1WGA at the conclusion of a number of rallies is already a big wink and nod to anons and a proof to some extent.
Either way, I think you've done well to apply some critical thinking and skepticism, and that's the real point.
