His last statement about grounding rang true with me. I recently purchased a grounding mat for my bed. Within a week (less) I was remembering dreams like I did back when I was a kid and sleeping better.

Now I get to experiment with my dreams. Glad I bought it.

Not really. I have read about grounding for years and just pulled the trigger a few weeks ago. This is what I bought but as usual do your own research.
