It's interesting that these men recognize that their weak jawline makes them look less masculine. The problem is genetics and low testosterone. They need their T-levels checked and boosted, if low. They also would benefit from weight lifting, specifically upper body, neck, shoulders, arms and chest development will naturally build a thicker neck (and from all the grimacing and clenching while lifting heavy weights) will square up that jawline if their T-levels are normal.
Back in the day, a friend of mine was competing in the Mr. USA bodybuilding competition and was a former winner in his class. I attended the 3-day event in Las Vegas. Simultaneously, the Miss Olympia female bodybuilding/physique competition was going on at the same place. I watched all the levels of competition of both and went to the after parties at night, where I saw everyone up close. All the women who took anabolic steroids for competition developed these huge, masculine jawlines from the testosterone combined with grimacing and teeth clenching during heavy weight lifting. It was wild.
Up close, many of the women also had receding hairlines and five oclock shadows and deepened voices. One gal was being supported and trained by her bodybuilder husband who was by her side and bragging about how well she was doing. And when I looked at her and heard her talk, I thought, "Dude! You have ruined your wife!" She was gaunt, no facial fat, sunken eyes, receding hairline, no boobs, and sounded like a raspy sailor. The husband clearly didn't see the frog boiling in the pot in front of him. Sad!
