They're buying with cash that was invested in their REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts). These are like an ETF that buys real estate. There are ETFs for lots of things like gold, currency, stock sectors, etc. The profiles on these REITs are showing high gains and some are paying huge dividends, so people are investing heavily. That money going in can only be used to buy real estate, so they buy, buy, buy without regard to prices. When the music stops, retail investors will be the ones standing there broke with their dick in their hand while the funds collapse in value. The fund managers have already cashed in by getting huge salaries and bonuses. Beware
