I recommend you read Law of War Manual (2023 latest update). We are in a state of "undeclared war" (probably since 1961) as noted by JFK in one of his speeches. According to the Law of War Manual, the Constitution can actually be suspended under certain circumstances (unclear if this is the case now, but it is likely, imo; with military currently having jurisdiction over all Civilian courts).

Constitution does not have to be suspended for wartime C-I-C to have virtually unlimited powers per SCOTUS. You will have to look up the case that it comes from. I think it was from Clinton admin?

Like I said, I wouldn't want to live under that kind of tyranny, and no amount of spin or mental gymnastics could make it look appealing or make the people behind look like the good guys.

Enforcing the LAW is not tyranny. For anyone paying attention to the actual tyranny as it grew for decades, it should be VERY concerning indeed that we have not had at least 1 public execution for treason every year since 1963.
