I'm thinking if you are so down and out that you are a shut-in its likely you won't be around to see the consequences of your vote, and if they think they have a stake in the future then find a way to get off their ass and get to the polls like everyone else.

Absentee ballots have been the way of the cheat for a long time, and election fraud has to cease if this country is to survive.
