And who do you think wins those BILLION dollar loto drawings? Oh, they want to remain anonymous. Really?! The lottery is 100% RIGGED as well. When the DS needs more cash they run up the lottery to hundreds of millions and sometimes over a BILLION dollars and then OMG! ONE PERSON out is shit stick Iowa won a BILLION dollars but they're going to remain anonymous. Everyone says "oh damn, maybe next time!".
