This was brought up earlier but tbh I'm not buying it (for at least the subset of names I researched).
The only statute I could find says there must be a "record" of the oath of office. Doesn't specify what form that record must be.
There are videos of Harris and others being sworn in. Video IMO constitutes a record.
Well in the future I think it'd be worth having the debate. What is a proper oath of office? What does a valid one look like, what makes the Biden administration's invalid in comparison?
It's a good legal question worthy of some debate.
