Correct. This is why I don't give a shit about these "BOOMS". We've had so many BOOMS in which show us just how flaccid our nonexistent justice system really is.

Now with congress doing what it is doing, it is completely defunct. I don't care until I see that rat bastard crying with handcuffs on begging for mercy. Until that point, I will be a negative nancy that guesses nothing will happen.
