VENTUSKY is a satellite feed that monitors winds and currents globally. I think what we are seeing in this video is massive amounts of methane that has been released due to tectonic movements and adjustments. There have been several earthquakes from that area of Antarctica recently, and just as many along the Mid-Atlantic Range.
Other methane releases recently have been off the coast of China and the region exiting the St. Lawrence Seaway in North America.
Earth is an unquiet planet and tectonic activity has picked up in recent months. NYC / New Jersey recently had earthquakes, for example, and if you watch such things, China has been having 3 to 4 earthquakes per day lately. The Pacific "Ring of Fire" has been very active lately.
In the US, the New Madrid Fault has been active lately, and if it ever goes again like it did in 1811-1812, cities all along the Mississippi River will have a hard time of it, from Memphis to Chicago. Bridges across the river could fall.
But to this video, I believe what is shown there is elevated levels of methane that has been released from deep tectonic faults. We are living in interesting times.
