I wrote that in jest. Moot and Laches are two different ends of the spectrum. Too late, and too early.
Most courts either found the cases to be "Moot" because the election was already over. What was done, was done. No going back. The case is moot.
Other courts said cases were brought too soon, or with laches. So even though Trump knew there would be issues in the election and brought cases early enough, the courts said he brought the cases too soon and no damages were done yet.
It's akin to calling the cops and saying there is a robber in my house!
The police say, well, has he killed anyone yet?
No.
Well, you are calling too soon, there is nothing for us to investigate.
The police say, well, has he killed anyone yet?
Yes.
Well, there is nothing we can do to help the victim. He is already dead.
Not a perfect analogy I know, but the ripe bullschlit from all of the courts was over the top. In my opinion it was so bad, it makes them complicit. When judgment comes, may all these judges be held just as accountable as the perpe-traitors.
