They think when God told Abraham "I will bless those that bless you and curse those that curse you.," that it means giving money to that government.

They ignore that Rome was greatly blessed after kicking ancient Israel's butt.

The same went for other nations like the Greeks that conquered Israel.

Likewise, it was the allies of ancient Israel that were wiped out.

Maybe they need to consider other interpretations of that verse.
