So, it is highly likely that some commercial jets are spreading these materials without the knowledge of the pilots. Another thing exposed during this episode is that there is a nationally-integrated software to plot the paths of flights to create the "tic-tac-toe" pattern frequently seen.

One thing I will say about the pollution vs. chemtrail topic is that I have several times witnessed the trails being turned on and off (indicating that it is not exhaust from the engines). I have also witnessed identical aircraft flying at the identical altitude at the same time, one of them leaving a contrail that lasts a few hundred yards, and the other leaving a persistent chemtrail from horizon to horizon.

Finally, concerned citizens around the country have been trying to get politicians involved in exposing what's been happening for twenty years.
