Judicial Watch received 62 pages of records from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, showing that the FBI opened a criminal investigation of Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt after her killing and listed four “potential violations of federal law,” including felony rioting and civil disorder.

Like my doctor friend said: too little blood and she was alive on the gurney heading for the ambulance. That video clip may have been scrubbed.

That whole scene was bizarre. And the shooter shot with police in the background line of fire. Big no-no.
