Background:
A few weeks ago, an actual woman had her gym membership terminated because she took a picture of a mentally ill man invading the womens locker room so he could shave the stubble off of his face.
At the time, Planet Fitness went along with the wild assumption that this man was in fact somehow actually a woman, based on nothing more than the words coming out of his mouth.
More recently, a different man (who also claims to be a woman) was minding his own business by invading the womens locker room at Planet Fitness, but instead of appeasing the mans delusions and expecting all the actual woman just deal with it, Planet Fitness unilaterally and arbitrarily decided that this man wasn’t actually a woman, and had him arrested on felony charges!
We need to pressure Planet Fitness to clarify their policy. Either they allow users to use the locker room that corresponds to their self-diagnosed gender, or they don’t.
How can trans people have any confidence they wont be arrested if they are simply using the locker room of their choice?

Planet Fitness is a Franchise.
It would be interesting to know if the location is a franchisee or corporate.
If the location is a franchisee then corporate needs to weigh in before too much damage is done.
If the location is corporate owned then it's already too late and the franchisees need to sue.
