On Friday, the House voted 273 to 147 in favor of extending Section 702 of FISA, a provision originally enacted in the aftermath of September 11, 2001.

That must be the go to response. I’ve called my reps before, the “middle man” said the same thing. I’ll pass that along.

They won’t. It jeopardizes their careers standing up to their boss for our concerns. Yes men, just like the rest of them.
