My NG military police company got sent down to LA for the riots. We were issued our M16A1s, but no ammo. At least 5 of us that I know of, brought our own ammo, just in case. Had to travel through Stockton, where they wouldn't think twice about stealing your vehicles and weapons. Anyway, we only got halfway there, and got recalled. Never got a chance to use my newly purchased wrist rocket and marbles.
