Trump being tied up like this, in the courts, removes him from any responsibility for WW3 kicking off

Exactly! Along with when Iran attacked Israel, Trump was holding a rally which I mentioned to u/joys1daughter . Glad others are seeing this as it confirms my theory a little bit.
