Reading the story and then the comments there and now more confused. Did Smartmatic payoff OAN or OAN payoff Smartmatic?

If OAN settled there will be no need for "confidentialtiy". In fact Smartmatic would want to capitalize on this, and make sure its broadcast on MSM constantly. The fact that this was after discover adds credence that Smartmatic did the pay off.

Either way, I am not happy with OAN for agreeing to a confidential settlement.
