Perhaps not all of them, but more than enough of them... I've been trying to get people here to realize this for years now: elements of the NSA and DIA have been locked in a war with the CIA and FBI possibly longer than I've been alive...

NSA was a MIL asset for the longest time and still largely is. DIA always caught shit for not thwarting terror attacks, but their mission is different. At least it was. People don't realize DIA is bigger than CIA w/ NSA capabilities. And other programs oriented towards foreign adversaries, unless articles have been invoke which PCA. Then they can operate domestically.
