Last year my father told me I may get shot if I don't wear a mask, because people get upset if you don't have one on. He lives up north, I live way down in the south. I laughed at him and said no I won't, for one it's not like that down here and for another I carry myself, so.... He was like... "you carry"? I said ... sure do! He was surprised, and thought I was losing my mind, lol.

He also thought it was ok that illegals come here. However last time I was talking to him (few months ago), I didn't want to argue about politics, but I mentioned about having to get a star on my driver's license and why do we as citizens have to jump through hoops to prove we are citizens just because they want to give illegals drivers licenses? So now they want to stop us from flying from state to state without the star on our ID's. He actually agreed with me, I was so shocked, we haven't agreed on much since Trump was in office. Maybe he's waking up now. I'm not going to push it, I'll take that win for now and pray he keeps waking up. He is the only parent I have left, even though he wasn't around much.
