China is most proud and boastful of their cloud seeding and geo engineering efforts. This is militarily strategic for them to brag, I wonder why?
What about in the case of Saudi Arabia who will build giant man made reservoirs which would naturally never fill up, seed and fill them taking and hoarding rainwater for THEIR farms and people?
Which countries farms get how much water will be determined by which countries can manipulate the rain and weather most effectively?
