There is something planned about this whole thing. After McCarthy, he seemed to come out of nowhere. I had never heard of him and when he began appearing in center stage, he seemed out of place. Someone here mentioned he looked afraid. He's always seemed a mouse to me and there's no indication of an intelligence power house or even simple wit. Not a leader.
