To a large extent, the opposite is happening. Salvadorans are returning to their home country now that it's finally safe.

Yes that is good. What I am talking about is the 'emptying out of prisons' mentioned by Trump.

El Salvador gets the honest citizens back because things are turning out for the better there, and USA swaps its cheap work-force for criminals.
