Not illegal for anyone in the U.S.A to question or flat out deny.
Pretty sure some states will brand it as "antisemitism" and you'll be in trouble with their "antisemitism" laws.
Literally not a thing, there are no anti jewish laws in the u.s. it would be unconstitutional and wouldn't pass congress.
So... If "unconstitutional" is your bar, how about all those red flag laws and gun control laws that they continue pushing through?
Even if they are legally challenged to success later, damage is still done.
If you are not from the u.s then I wouldn't expect you to understand what constitutional interpretation is.
I never said that was my bar either, straw man argument.
There are no anti Semitic laws in any state in the u.s.
Do your research, rules on college campuses do not count, which I assume is where you are getting this idea.
