An 18-year-old female student from Rockville, Maryland, was arrested on Thursday for planning to shoot up two local schools. The student identifies as transgender.

I took a C in high school to keep from writing a 4 page paper....129 pages...definite illness.

Was coming here to say the same thing. What 18-year-old can sit down long enough to write an 129-page manifesto? She was either too busy writing to actually commit the crime, or some alphabets wrote it for her.
