For lack of apatite. If you're in florida, have him get a medical MJ card or order some high THCA hemp (completely legal thanks to Trump's farm bill, but desantus is trying to get it banned). THCA has the exact same effects as "marijuana". When exposed to heat (like, ya know, using a lighter), THCA converts into THC, the well-known psychoactive component of cannabis.
