How many people do you think are out there, either in just the US, or the world 🌎, who are taking absolutely no prescription drugs? or OTC drugs?
I went to a doctor when I was 50 (now 63). The physician’s assistant couldn’t believe that I was on no medications. That confirmed for me everything that I had already suspected. Still on no medications and no intention of starting.
I've been taking HCQ intermittently for IBS but I don't really need it very often and now that I'm on a lectin-free diet I shouldn't need it at all. Other than that, I'm drug-free,
...one that I personally know of...
...doggy winks...
Count me as one. I haven't taken anything prescription since I had impetigo as a child, 45 years ago, and I refuse to now. I gave up pain relievers a while ago, and rely on bicarb if I get a touch of indigestion.
