My exact thought too. Q did say that you can't TELL people, you have to SHOW them. We are being shown, daily, just how stupidly corrupt and hamfisted the whole system is. It's as if every person in government, medicine, and business today is cast as a Bond villain or as Keystone Kops.

The incompetence on display would be comical, if it weren't so tragic.
