Old Mitch is the last of a dying breed of the Old Guard... folks stuck in a paradigm of politics and geopolitics and economics of the 1990s. The world has changed perceptibly, at least to anyone paying attention, and has moved on to a new paradigm.

Part "populist" but mostly anti-authoritarian, a new political order is trying to be born. It may be painful, but it's coming, and these old dinosaurs of the past should either step aside and let it happen, or be run over as the world shifts.

Never in their wildest dreams could they see a defunct dollar, the rise of BRICS, people no longer trusting their "leadership," and people no longer trusting their media lapdogs.

And I speak as an older American white male myself. I see the changes coming and I embrace them. The American Empire is dying... Long live the New American Republic.
