I wish someone could explain the clock to me like I'm a "Special needs" 3rd grader...
Edit: The only answers that sort of kind of attempt to explain the clock, boiled down in plain English, simply state that if you don't know how to use the clock, it's because you're (I'm) not smart enough to understand it. I wish they would attempt to explain it instead. Drink more Ovaltine.
"smart" and "willing" may be the interchangeable terms here. It isn't exactly complicated, and it's not like a calculator where you get an expected result or one that's a simple answer. It's like querying a database for variables and coming up with your own theory, and the "code" behind the query is the clock. Just take some time to check the links posted, which I think you have already. It's a learning curve but it's not impossible. It takes intellectual dedication and a sense of eagerness to really attempt to understand it. That doesn't mean YOU are not smart or intellectual, but it does mean it's not ELI5 or TLDR capable.
