Well certainly if his urges were controllable he would have controlled them.

A lot of money will go to his surgery and to keep him alive.

It's better than nothing, but child rapists need to be sat down and starved to death.

I know that'd fall under cruel and unusual punishment but like.. raping a child is cruel and unusual.
